This is a leadership programme which aims to provide a sense of the wide and varied philosophical and intellectual background to leadership, expose young leaders to the practical challenges faced by leaders throughout history and allow them to evaluate the ways in which these challenges were met, and encourage young leaders to wrestle with issues relevant to the current and future world contexts. It adopts an eclectic, multi-disciplinary approach in order to maximise the knowledge and methodologies of different fields of study. These include but are not restricted to philosophy, history, psychology, politics, economics, geography as well as the pure and applied sciences.
